# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for eBay and Google sign-in, selling preferences and condition prices

Find your situation below. Problems scanning, pricing and publishing are in [Troubleshooting for selling](/docs/selling/troubleshooting).

## eBay

  <Accordion title="I tapped Link eBay account and nothing happened">
    If you tapped **Cancel** on the iOS sign-in alert or closed eBay's page, nothing is linked and no message is shown. Tap the button again.

  <Accordion title="It says Could not reach the sign-in service">
    DexFlip could not reach its eBay sign-in relay. Check your connection and tap the button again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says eBay didn't grant access">
    You declined on eBay's page, or eBay refused the request. Link again and agree to the access.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says The sign-in response didn't match this attempt">
    Two sign-ins crossed. Nothing was linked. Tap the button once and finish that sign-in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says The sign-in service answered 429">
    Too many sign-in attempts in a short time. Wait a minute and try again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says Your eBay link has expired">
    Link again in Settings. Listings that failed because of it can be retried afterwards.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can't tap Unlink eBay account">
    A publish is running. Settings says **Wait for the publish to finish before changing the account.**
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I unlinked but DexFlip still shows in my eBay permissions">
    Unlinking forgets the link on the phone only. Remove DexFlip in your eBay account's third-party app permissions.

## Selling preferences

  <Accordion title="I can't tap Set up selling preferences">
    eBay is not linked. Link it first.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says Couldn't read your eBay account">
    The app could not load your policies from eBay. Tap **Try again**. If it says eBay didn't accept DexFlip's access, link eBay again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My policy is not in the list">
    Only policies for eBay US show. Policies created on eBay appear the next time you open the sheet. Close it and open it again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can't tap Save">
    A shipping policy, a returns policy and a valid ZIP code are all needed. With VoiceOver on, the button says which is missing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Settings says Set instead of my policy's name">
    The policy is saved, but its name could not be fetched from eBay just now. Nothing needs fixing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can't change my default price without linking eBay">
    The default price is set in the same sheet as your policies, which needs eBay. Price individual cards with the slider in the meantime.

## Google

  <Accordion title="It says Google didn't grant access to Drive">
    You did not tick the Drive permission on Google's page. Link again and tick it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says Google didn't grant lasting access">
    Link again. If it repeats, remove DexFlip from your Google account's third-party access page first, then link.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="It says Your Google link has expired">
    Link again in Settings, then export again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I unlinked Google and my sheet is still shared">
    Unlinking deletes nothing in Drive. Change the folder's sharing in Drive, or delete it.
  </Accordion>

## Condition prices

  <Accordion title="Moving one grade moved another">
    The shares always go down the ladder. See [Condition prices](/docs/setup/condition-pricing#share-of-market).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My built listings did not change after I saved new shares">
    Built listings keep their price. Un-build and build again to reprice.
  </Accordion>
