Summary
- You are the seller. Every listing DexFlip publishes is yours, under your eBay account, and you are responsible for it.
- Matches and prices are estimates. Check each card before you list it.
- The app is provided as it is. It can be wrong, and it can stop working.
Using the app
You may use DexFlip for your own selling. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the rules of eBay, Google or Apple. Apple’s standard licence for apps from the App Store also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s licence wins.Your listings
- You check what you publish. DexFlip suggests a card’s identity, printing and price. You confirm them. A wrong match, grade or price in a listing is yours to correct.
- You follow eBay’s rules. Your eBay account, its policies and its fees are between you and eBay. DexFlip creates standard shipping, returns and payment policies on your account only when you ask it to or save your preferences.
- You hold the rights to your photos. Photos you publish or export are yours. You give DexFlip permission to process them on your phone and send them where you tell it to.
- Sales are yours. DexFlip takes no part in any sale, payment, shipment, return or dispute.
