Where to link
Linking
1
Tap Link Google account
iOS shows its own alert asking whether DexFlip may use Google’s site to sign in. Cancel closes it. Nothing is linked and no message is shown.
2
Sign in on Google's page
DexFlip never sees your password.
3
Allow Drive access
Google asks to let DexFlip see your email address and use the Drive files it creates. Tick the Drive permission. Without it the link is refused with Google didn’t grant access to Drive. Link again and tick the Drive permission.
4
Check the status line
Settings reads Linked to Google and your email address.
What DexFlip can reach
The folder is shared that way so photos show inside the sheet. See the warning on Export to Sheets.
Unlinking
Unlink Google account in Settings asks first. Keep linked changes nothing. Unlink forgets the link on this phone and tells Google to withdraw DexFlip’s access. Your folder, sheet and photos stay in your Drive. Unlinking deletes nothing there, and the folder stays shared. To stop sharing it, change the folder’s sharing in Drive, or delete it.Notes
- The link stays on this phone. A new phone needs linking again.
- Linking a different Google account makes the next export start a new folder in that account.
- Sign-in problems are in Troubleshooting.
