On your phone
Nothing expires on a timer. DexFlip deletes nothing on its own schedule. You get no warning because nothing goes without you doing it.
What does not expire
- Published cards. They stay under Published after they sell, until you remove them.
- Photos of cards you never listed. They stay in Review or Compose.
- Everything the app created on eBay: listings, policies and the inventory location.
- Everything the app created in your Drive: the folder, the sheet and the photos.
What goes sooner than you might expect
- A lot’s card photos are deleted from the phone as soon as the lot publishes. The cover stays, and eBay keeps the photos it was sent.
- Unlinking eBay also clears the chosen shipping and returns policies in the app.
- A photo left behind by an interrupted delete is cleaned up the next time the app opens.
Where it lives
Nothing syncs. A second phone does not see the first one’s cards. Location and other metadata are removed from every photo before it is stored.
What is sent, and to whom
The sign-in relay holds the app’s eBay key so it never ships inside the app. It stores nothing. See the privacy policy.
Deleting everything
There is no single button.- In DexFlip, unlink eBay and Google in Settings.
- Delete the app. Its storage goes with it.
- On eBay, end any listings you want gone and remove DexFlip from your third-party app permissions.
- In Google Drive, delete the DexFlip folder.
Notes
- Remove from device on a published card deletes it from the phone only. The eBay listing stays.
- Deleting a card does not delete its row or photos from your sheet.
