Find your situation below. Problems scanning, pricing and publishing are in Troubleshooting for selling.

eBay

DexFlip could not reach its eBay sign-in relay. Check your connection and tap the button again.
You declined on eBay’s page, or eBay refused the request. Link again and agree to the access.
Two sign-ins crossed. Nothing was linked. Tap the button once and finish that sign-in.
Too many sign-in attempts in a short time. Wait a minute and try again.
DexFlip proves to its sign-in relay that it is a genuine copy of the app on a real iPhone, and that proof did not arrive. It is usually a patchy connection. Check your connection and tap the button again.
The relay did not accept the proof, so nothing was linked. Install DexFlip from the App Store and link again. A copy installed any other way cannot be verified.
Unlinking forgets the link on the phone only. Remove DexFlip in your eBay account’s third-party app permissions.

Selling preferences

eBay is not linked. Link it first.
The app could not load your policies from eBay. Tap Try again. If it says eBay didn’t accept DexFlip’s access, link eBay again.
Only policies for eBay US show. Policies created on eBay appear the next time you open the sheet. Close it and open it again.
A shipping policy, a returns policy and a valid ZIP code are all needed. With VoiceOver on, the button says which is missing.
The policy is saved, but its name could not be fetched from eBay just now. Nothing needs fixing.
The default price is set in the same sheet as your policies, which needs eBay. Price individual cards with the slider in the meantime.

Google

You did not tick the Drive permission on Google’s page. Link again and tick it.
Link again. If it repeats, remove DexFlip from your Google account’s third-party access page first, then link.
Unlinking deletes nothing in Drive. Change the folder’s sharing in Drive, or delete it.

Condition prices

The shares always go down the ladder. See Condition prices.
Built listings keep their price. Un-build and build again to reprice.

Erase all data

A publish is running, or an eBay or Google link is still in progress. During a publish Settings says Wait for the publish to finish before erasing.
The iPhone refused to remove the eBay link. Nothing was deleted. Tap Erase all data again.
eBay is already unlinked, and your cards are still there. Tap Erase all data again.
Both links are gone, but the iPhone refused to delete the cards. Everything else is still on the phone, and shows again once you quit DexFlip and open it again. Then open Settings and tap Erase all data again. If it keeps happening, delete the app. See Deleting everything.
